I was leaving work and I saw this guy in the parking lot wearing:
A lavender dress shirt.
Grey skull-cap.
Aviators.
I didn’t see his shoes, but they were probably the kind that end in a square tip.
Those things alone aren’t necessarily bad, but those things together on him seemed douchey. It’s 90 degrees outside, what’s the hat for? I’ve seen him once or twice...

Director of Perfect Blue, Millennium Actress, Tokyo Godfathers, Paranoia Agent and Paprika. I don’t really watch a lot of anime, but I’ve seen all of his work. You’ve never seen anything like his movies (and his television series Paranoia Agent). They’re amazing! And I don’t just mean by anime standards, either.
